What is Kamagra ?
Kmagra is a breakthrough medicine now available
for male Erectile Dysfunction (ED), often called
impotency. Chemically, it contains citrate salt
of Sildenafil. After sexual stimulation, men who
have ED would be able to get and maintain an erection
due to Kamagra. This will bring back all the pleasures
in their sexual life.
How does Kamagra work ?
Normally, when a man is sexually aroused, the
arteries in penis relax and widen, allowing more
blood to flow into the tissues of penis. As the
arteries in the penis expand and harden, the veins
that carry blood away from the penis become compressed,
trapping the blood in the penis. This leads to
enlargement, rigidity and in an erection of penis.
Erection goes away, once the sexual encounter
is over. In case of an ED sufferer, improper functioning
of the nerves or blood vessels associated with
the erection process cause inability in getting
or maintaining an erection. Kamagra, by its action,
increases blood flow to the penis leading to erection
in ED patient. So when an ED sufferer is sexually
aroused, he can get and maintain penile erection
for a sufficient time.
How much dose is necessary for the desired
effect ?
Kamagra
is available in three strengths: 25 mg, 50 mg.
and 100 mg. Though 50mg is a recommended dose,
your initial Kamagra dose would be decided by
your doctor upon evaluation. It is important to
remember that only one dose should be taken per
day and should not be increased unless advised
by your doctor.
In which patients use of Kamagra is not advisable
?
Kamagra effective only for men suffering from
ED. It is advisable to consult your doctor before
taking Kamagra in case you suffer from any cardiovascular
disease. Men using nitrate drugs in any form should
not takeKamagra as a combination of nitrates and
Kamagra can lead to complications due to drop
in blood pressure to unsafe levels.
What are the side effects of Kamagra ?
Few mild & tolerable side effects reported with
Kamagra are headache, facial flushing and stomach
upset and blurring of vision or difficulty in
blue & green color differentiation. Immediate
medical advise should be sought in case of rare
event of penile erection lasting more than 4 hrs.
Is Kamagra advisable in patient with an earlier
case history of heart attacks ?
In patients with an earlier case history of heart
attacks, Nitrates are used by drugs for the therapeutic
management. Usage of Nitrates with Sildenafil
is strictly not recommended. Hence discussion
with your cardiologist will be beneficial in deciding
about the safety of Kamagra usage in you.
